Having been a real estate agent and now on the other side as a buyer of property and investment for clients, my regard for Adele and her team is 10/10. We deal with many agents in Australia and many regional agents are frustrating and don’t really command the level of professionalism that Adele and her team do. Highly skilled, transparent, honest and above all committed to their clients for the best possible outcome, I love dealing with Adele and her team. If you are in the process of selling, you need to make sure you call in Newton and Co. They are next level!
This real estate company organized an air Bnb booking at Victoria Harbour - we clearly told them we would be Travelling and were a family of three. Arriving the first night to stay to find NO hot water was pretty abysmal. Boosted only by the response from the agent who told us , I am sorry to hear the hot water has all been used, I am thinking that the guests who left today have used all the hot water. Unfortunately you will have to wait for the tank to reheat the water. This is pathetic seevice. If the hot water system can't support two families using the service the logical conclusion is NOT to rent it out back to back. Complete greed. No offer of compensation for the distress this caused. Complete lack of care. Also unethical to not provide basic amenities such as hot water. I would not use this agent to rent my own property
